Kettles and Hario Largo brewers are only eligible for shipping damage replacements, but they are covered for defects under a manufacturer’s warranty. Breville Kettles include a one year warranty from the manufacturer. If you believe your kettle is defective, contact Breville at this link to make a warranty claim. Hario Largo brewers include a 90-day warranty from the manufacturer. If you believe your Largo is defective, contact Hario at this link to make a warranty claim. Damaged or defective items We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Late or missing refunds If we've issued you a refund but it hasn't yet arrived, first check your payment provider or bank account.
