My Mum's Recipe that we ate growing up! There were five kids in the house.....so if you didn't eat quick...you didn't eat!! She probably should have made more than one at a time, but we think they based "The Hunger Games" on her approach because she liked the internal competition that went with Baking Day in our house!! We still love her though!! And you'll love this beautiful, soft buttermilk Soda Bread from the west of Ireland!!
