Since natural foods with no preservatives store best in cool, dry conditions, our warehouses are climate controlled and we guarantee quality at the time of delivery. For this reason, we cannot guarantee quality beyond 7 days of delivery date due to the variable conditions possible in your location. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery. Restocking fee of up to $4 per item may apply unless merchandise is defective or delivered by our error. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery. Return Policy When requesting a return authorization, please have your order number and the product number for the item(s) you wish to return. When returning items in our retail store, please bring your original purchase receipt. To be accepted for a refund, items must be received in the original unopened, undamaged packaging. No Refunds Because membership benefits are delivered immediately upon joining, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including non-use of the membership and Early Cancellation. Automatic Renewal All memberships renew automatically according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
